A Bay Area chef with Japanese-Italian roots, Jon-Luc blends bold flavors and diverse influences in his cuisine. He is a former 19 Delta paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division who used his GI Bill to graduate from Le Cordon Bleu San Francisco. For the past ten years, he has worked in kitchens across the Bay Area, committed to delivering food with passion and heart.
